Learn a simple, repeatable way to serve low-pressure, deconstructed dinners that feel safe for autistic children and kids with extreme picky eating or feeding challenges
Bring more calm and connection to the table without bribing, begging, or battles over food
Notice tiny signs of progress, even if your child currently eats only a handful of foods
Feel more confident and supported as you feed your child, knowing you’re using strategies that work for families like yours
A few years ago, the kids on my street would come over to play, but many of them couldn’t eat the food I offered. Sometimes not even bread or fruit. At the time, I was studying to become a Dietitian, passionate about nutrition and healthy eating... but I quickly realised what I was seeing wasn’t just kids being fussy.
It was a different sensory experience. They genuinely had a really hard time with food. And I didn’t know how to help. That moment lit a fire in me. I knew there had to be a better way to support families, one that looked beyond nutrition and meal plans, and focused on trust, safety, and connection.
So, I started learning everything I could. I cooked with those same kids. I became a support worker. I trained in feeding therapy. And I began helping families in their homes creating calm, low-pressure mealtimes that influenced their children to try new foods.
This free challenge is for parents like you, parents who care so deeply, but feel stuck in a cycle of stress, worry, and pressure around food. I created it because I believe every child deserves to feel good around food… and every parent deserves to feel confident supporting them.
