HEY THERE,

I'm Kristy

A few years ago, the kids on my street would come over to play, but many of them couldn’t eat the food I offered. Sometimes not even bread or fruit. At the time, I was studying to become a Dietitian, passionate about nutrition and healthy eating... but it didn't matter what I did. I couldn't get them to eat?

Eventually I came to realise that what I was seeing wasn’t just kids being fussy. It was a different sensory experience. They genuinely had a hard time with food smells, appearance, and textures. And I didn’t know how to help.

After doing a lot of research and further education, I discovered that there is a way to support these kids, and the importance of creating an environment where they enjoy trying new foods. I trained in feeding therapy. And I began helping families in their homes using low-pressure experiences to expand their child's list of foods.

This free workbook is for parents like you, parents who care so deeply, but feel stuck in a cycle of stress, worry, and pressure around food. I created it because I believe every child deserves to feel good around food, and every parent deserves to feel confident supporting them.

Get the clarity you need to feel confident supporting your child’s nutrition.
