Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed. For digital products and online challenges, all sales are final unless required by Australian consumer law. For telehealth consultations, cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be charged in full. For community membership, cancellation will stop future payments. No refunds will be issued for unused time unless required by law.
